Utopia Unveils Plans for New Development in Phuket, Thailand

Utopia Corporation, a Phuket-based property developer, has unveiled plans to transform 20 rai (approximately 7.9 acres) of land surrounding Ao Po Grand Marina on Phuket's sunrise coast with exclusive residences and hotels, including Southeast Asia’s first Tonino Lamborghini hotel.

The area, just 30 minutes’ drive away from Phuket International Airport, will be transformed over the next five years under Utopia’s master plan to create a lifestyle and leisure enclave.

Construction work on the Tonino Lamborghini Boutique Hotel Phuket will commence in November 2021, with the grand opening scheduled for November 2023.

Mr. Hachi Yin, Chief Executive Officer, Utopia Corporation, said, “This development is set to become the ‘jewel in the crown’ of Thailand’s tourism industry, a new national landmark and one of the world’s most prestigious waterfront destinations.”

Established in 2015, Utopia currently operates three hotels in Phuket: Utopia Kata, Utopia Loft, and Utopia Naiharn.
