Emirates has launched a promotion offering travellers special
air fares, 10kg of extra baggage allowance, and up to three complimentary
nights in a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
The promotion also includes
flexible booking options and free multi-risk travel insurance with
COVID19 cover.
Travellers who book
return Economy Class tickets to Dubai before 28 March 2021 for
travel between 15 March and 30 June 2021 are eligible for a
complimentary two-night stay at the JW Marriot Marquis; while
Business Class and First Class passengers who book flights during
the same period can enjoy three complimentary nights’ stay from
the day of arrival.
As one of the world’s tallest 5-star hotels,
the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai features a variety of dining
options, its own shopping galleria, and a spa. It is located near attractions like the Dubai Mall, Burj
Khalifa, and the Dubai Opera.
The multi-risk travel insurance and COVID19
cover is offered by Emirates on all tickets purchased
on or from 1 December 2020, at no cost to customers. In addition
to COVID19 medical cover, the airline also provides provisions for personal accidents during travel, winter sports cover, loss of
personal belongings, and trip disruptions due to unexpected air
space closure, travel recommendations or advisories, similar to
other multi-risk travel insurance products. Some limitations and
exclusions apply.
To make travel planning easier,
Emirates has partnered with medical groups in different locations
throughout its network.
In Thailand, for example, the airline has
organised a discounted rate on COVID19 PCR tests at: Bangkok Hospital,
Bangpakok9 International Hospital, Bumrungrad Hospital, Kasemrad
Hospital Prachachuen, Phyathai1 Hospital, Phyathai2 Hospital, Piyavate Hospital, Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi Hospital, Sukumvit
Hospital, and VFS Thailand. Travellers need to present their
flight booking from the airline and tests should be taken not more 96
hours before the flight.
Customers are encouraged
to check the latest government travel restrictions in their
country of origin, and transit points and ensure they meet the travel requirements of
their final destination.
