Emirates has resumed Airbus A380 service to Bangkoks
Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), making it the first airline to operate
the iconic double deck aircraft to Bangkok since the suspension of
passenger flights early last year.
The return of the Emirates A380 to Thailand
signifies the airlines continued commitment to and confidence in
the A380 programme, as well as the growing demand on flights to
and from Bangkok as well as Hong Kong.
The Emirates A380 experience remains highly sought
after by travellers for its spacious and comfortable cabins, and the
airline is gradually expanding the deployment of this popular
aircraft in line with demand and operational approvals.
Flights to/from Bangkok will operate daily on
Emirates three-class A380 aircraft, offering 14 First Class
suites, 76 lie-flat seats in in Business and 429 ergonomically
designed seats in Economy class.
Emirates flight EK384 will depart
Dubai daily at 02:50, arriving in Bangkok at 12:15. After a short
stopover in Bangkok the flight will depart Bangkok at 14:15 to
continue its journey to Hong Kong, arriving at 18:20.
The return flight from Hong Kong, EK 385, departs
at 21:30 and arrives in Bangkok at 23:45. The flight then
departs Bangkok at 01:45 the next day and is scheduled to
arrive in Dubai at 05:15.
Emirates' booking policies offer customers
flexibility and confidence to plan their travel. Customers who
purchase an Emirates ticket for travel on or before 30 September
2021, can enjoy generous rebooking terms and options, if they have
to change their travel plans. Customers have options to change
their travel dates or extend their ticket validity for 2 years.
All Emirates customers also receive multi-risk
travel insurance and COVID19 cover. The cover is offered by
Emirates on all tickets purchased on or from 1 December 2020, at
no cost to customers.
In addition to COVID19 medical cover, the
airline also provides provisions for personal accidents during
travel, winter sports cover, loss of personal belongings, and trip
disruptions due to unexpected air space closure, travel
recommendations or advisories, similar to other multi-risk travel
insurance products. As some limitations and exclusions apply,
passengers are best checking the coverage meets their exact needs.

discounted rate on COVID19 PCR tests at select hospitals in
Bangkok, simply
by presenting their flight booking from the airline. Partner
