Thai AirAsia has confirmed that it will launch

(DMK) in Bangkok and Singapore (SIN) on 29 December 2021.
The airline will initially operate the route with
thrice weekly return flights operating every Wednesday, Friday and
Sunday.
Flight FD357 is scheduled to depart from DMK at
10:55, arriving at Changi Airport in Singapore at 14:30. The

AirAsia plans to increase this frequency to daily
on 28 January 2022.
Singapore marks the third
international destination from Don Mueang brought back into
service following flights to Maldives and Phnom Penh.
Santisuk
Klongchaiya, AirAsia Thailand Chief Executive Officer, said, “Singapore has relaxed its travel protocols
to allow fully vaccinated travelers to enter without the need to
quarantine, allowing AirAsia to bring its direct Don Mueang-Singapore
flights back into service in time for the end of year peak travel
season and the New Year celebrations. With Singapore being a top
destination, the route is expected to be a boon to the tourism
industries and economies of both nations."
Fully vaccinated arrivals from Singapore to Thailand, both
Thai nationals and foreign travelers, may enter the Kingdom
without quarantine by presenting a compliant COVID19 test result,
registering on the Thailand Pass system (at least 7 days prior to
departure) and uploading all the required travel documentation.
Travellers must also fulfill all the conditions of the
VTL to enjoy quarantine-free travel to Singapore, otherwise they
may be turned away by the airline/immigration, or be subject to
the prevailing health requirements and quarantine.
