The first Avani hotel in Indonesia will open in Seminyak, Bali
next month.
Scheduled to open on 1 June 2021, the Avani
Seminyak Resort will feature 21 brand new residence-style
accommodation and 16 private pool villas, just a short walk away
from area’s stylish beach hub and renowned nightlife.
The resort is also only a 10-minute walk to Seminyak beach,
a 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai
International Airport (DPS), and approximately an 1.5-hour drive
from the Balinese mountain town of Ubud.
Facilities at the Avani Seminyak include a
restaurant, gym and swimming pool.
“Bali is the epitome of the Asian beach
destination, and we are very fortunate to be located in the heart
of happening Seminyak,” said Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor
Hotels, the parent company of Avani Hotels & Resorts. “Avani
Seminyak Resort is an exciting step for us, not only it is the
brand’s first property in Indonesia but also the timing of the
resort’s opening is in conjunction with the government’s plan to
drive back tourism to one of the world’s favourite paradise.”
Avani Seminyak Bali Resort will open with an
introductory rate starting from USD 100 per room per night,
inclusive of breakfast.
The resort will join the brand’s
rapidly growing collection of 33 properties around the globe,
including the recently opened FCC Angkor by Avani in Cambodia,
Avani Central Busan Hotel in South Korea, Avani Ao Nang Cliff
Krabi Resort and Avani+ Mai Khao Phuket Suites & Villas in
Thailand.
