Air Astana has enhanced its in-flight experience with
a new media service.
The MyPress Digital Media service enables
passengers to download content to their personal devices, free of
charge, so that they can be enjoyed during the flight.
Travellers have a choice of over 1,000 titles in
20 languages.
“During the time of pandemic, the new MyPress
service is especially important, since it helps reduce the risk of
a coronavirus spread,” said Air Astana Project Manager, Aigerim
Zhambyl. “Thanks to the partnership with Media Carrier, a huge
number of regularly updated newspapers and magazines are available
for reading directly from personal devices. The new service will
also reduce wastepaper and fuel consumption, as well as optimize
pre-flight preparations.”
Air Astana customers simply need to enter their
last name and booking reference on the airline's
website to browse the different titles and select those which
they would like to download.
