Swiss-Belhotel has upgraded its Swiss-Belexecutive
(SBEC) Benefits Programme globally.
Designed to be as easy to use as possible, guests
do not need to collect points, nor wait until they can redeem the
benefits that they have earned. Benefits are immediately accessible upon
registration.
Gavin M. Faull, Chairman and President of
Swiss-Belhotel International,
said, “With this programme we wanted to ensure that each visit of
our guest should matter, irrespective what service they use, their
loyalty must count! Whether it's a cup of coffee, a meeting room
usage, a spa service or even a day-use pool booking, when a guest
chooses Swiss-Belhotel International they must be rewarded. Hotels
are not just about a room stay, they are a much bigger experience,
hence, our guests must be able to enjoy the complete array of our
hospitality services and also benefit in return.”
The SBEC Benefits programme offers flat
discounts at the group's
125 hotels globally.
“We are in the
people business and having a member defined by a colour or tier
of a card feels impersonal. Thus, we personified the levels of our
programme - Explorer (Red), Enthusiast (Silver), Influencer (Gold)
and Connoisseur (Platinum), all four representing the milestones
of a journey of togetherness with Swiss-Belhotel International,”
Mr. Faull added.
Each membership milestone is loaded with discounts
and benefits as highlighted in this table:
Guests do not need to download an app, the programme
provides a digital card for guests to store on as many devices as
they wish.
The moment a member visits a Swiss-Belhotel
International property and makes a transaction, the hotel records
the details and the visit is immediately reflected on the hotel
and member’s platform within its online electronic systems.
