The first ever FIFA Arab Cup gets underway in
Qatar today.
Sixteen nations are taking part in the event which
will give football fans around the world a glimpse of what they
can expect when Qatar hosts the FIFA World Cup at the end of 2022.
Six of the eight stadiums that will host next
year’s big event are being used for the FIFA Arab Cup: Ahmad Bin
Ali Stadium, Al Janoub Stadium, Al Bayt Stadium, Ras Abu Aboud
Stadium, Al Thumama Stadium and Education City Stadium.
Qatar is hosting the first FIFA Arab Cup from 30 November to 18 December 2021
The qualifying countries have been drawn in four
groups: Group A: Qatar, Iraq, Oman and Bahrain; Group B: Tunisia,
UAE, Syria and Mauritania; Group C: Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Jordan
and Palestine and Group D: Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon and Sudan.
In support of the inaugural FIFA Arab Cup, Qatar Airways Holidays

finest Qatari hospitality and cheer their favourite team in
person.
