Bangkok Airways has confirmed that it will
resume service on the following five routes: Bangkok (BKK) - Samui
(USM); Bangkok (BKK) – Chiang Mai (CNX); Bangkok (BKK) – Phuket
(HKT); Bangkok (BKK) – Sukhothai (THS); and Bangkok (BKK) –
Lampang (LPT).
The airline will operate the routes as follows:
Bangkok – Samui: thrice daily from 1 September
2021;
Bangkok – Chiang Mai: 5 flights per week on
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1
September 2021;
Bangkok – Phuket: 5 flights per week on Mondays,
Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1 September 2021;
Bangkok – Lampang: 4 flights per week on Mondays,
Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays - starting from 9 September 2021
onwards; and
Bangkok – Sukhothai: 3 flights per week on
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - starting from 16 September 2021
onwards.
The airline will continue to support the Phuket
Sandbox and Samui Plus initiatives to restart tourism by offering
the following services:
Sealed Bangkok – Samui flights for
transit/transfer international passengers, connecting from Bangkok
to Koh Samui with two flights per day;
Samui – Singapore: 3 flights per week on Mondays,
Thursdays and Sundays; and
Samui – Phuket: 5 flights per week on Mondays,
Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
