Minor Hotels has signed a deal to open its third
Anantara resort on the island of Bali, Indonesia.
Scheduled to open in mid-2022, the Anantara Ubud
Bali Resort will be located in the traditional hillside village of
Payangan, a 90-minute drive from Bali’s international airport and
35 minutes from the centre of Ubud by car.
“Ubud is one of the last remaining lush green
areas of Bali which puts us in a prime position to develop a
premium eco-friendly resort for the discerning luxury traveler,”
said
Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International and
CEO of Minor Hotels, the parent company of Anantara. “With
breathtaking views of the island’s uplands right on the doorstep,
from terraced rice fields, Hindu temples and cultural immersions
at every turn, we look forward to welcoming our guests to the new
Anantara Ubud in 2022.”
Guests of the Anantara Ubud Bali Resort will be able to choose from 85
guest rooms and 1 or 2-bedroom pool villas.
Those who would like to stay longer have the
opportunity to own their own slice of paradise, with a choice of 15
Anantara residences starting in price from US$650,000++.
The resort will feature dedicated clubs for
children and teenagers, a choice of F&B outlets, an
infinity swimming pool, a gym, a spa with private treatment rooms
as well as a hair salon and foot massage pods, and a choice of
meeting and event spaces.
