Felix Murillo has joined the Four Seasons Resort
Tamarindo, Mexico as General Manager.
Felix first joined the company at the Four Seasons
Hotel London at Park Lane in 1993. Since then, he has held roles at
twelve Four Seasons properties throughout the United States, Latin
America, Europe and Africa.
He moves to Mexico from his most recent position as General
Manager of the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg.
As GM of the 155-room Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo,
Felix will put together a team of employees who will manage the
resort's eagerly anticipated opening in late 2021.
“Everything at this resort - from the ocean to the Temazcal, the nature, culinary practices, spirit and genuine care
of the team - is a path for the guest to reconnect with the Earth,
oneself and each other,” said Felix. “This project offers a
unique opportunity to develop a distinctly Four Seasons quality of
service in the region and contribute to its growth with an
incredible collaboration of Mexican talent.”
Felix met his wife, Bettina, at Les Roches Hotel Management School in
Switzerland. Today, they have two children and a German Shepherd.
