Deutsche Hospitality will this month expand its
portfolio of Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts to the city of Doha,
Qatar.
Located in the heart of the commercial district,
the Steigenberger Hotel Doha is the first of 20 hotels the group
plans to open in the Middle East by 2023, with the others set to
open in key leisure destinations including Abu Dhabi, Dubai,
Fujairah, Jeddah, Muscat, Ras Al Khaimah, Riyadh and Salalah.
Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality,
said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of our first Steigenberger Hotel in Doha, Qatar which is one of the most
dynamic cities in the region. We are excited to bring the
Steigenberger core values of tradition, passion and perfection to
Doha, offering luxury experiences and world-class hospitality.”
The Steigenberger Hotel Doha features 206 guest rooms, including 28 suites and a
lavish Royal suite.
Facilities include five F&B outlets, extensive
meeting and event facilities, a 2-storey gym, wellness centre and
a rooftop pool.

Deutsche
Hospitality, part of Huazhu Group, has 160 hotels on three continents, of which 30 are
currently in the pipeline.
