Mike Douglass Joins CWT as TX Customer and Service Excellence Leader

(10 June 2022, 11:58 +07)  CWT has appointed Mike Douglass as TX Customer and Service Excellence Leader, effective immediately.

Responsible for leading the development of the traveler experience (TX) throughout the customer lifecycle, Mike will report to Derek Sharp, Chief Traveler Experience Officer, and be a member of the company’s Traveler Experience Leadership Team.

Prior to his appointment at CWT, Mike worked most recently as Senior Vice President - Airlines at Amadeus IT Group. He has nearly 30 years of travel industry experience, working in multiple executive and leadership positions across many business disciplines.

His previous roles include Vice President of Americas - Air Travel Commerce at Travelport, Regional Vice President/General Manager – Americas at Sabre Airline Solutions, Business Development Manager - Airline Management Services at American Airlines and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Global Eagle Entertainment (now renamed Anuvu Operations LLC).
