Marriott Opens First W Hotel in Greece

(10 August 2022, 11:40 +07)  Marriott has expanded its portfolio of W Hotels with the opening of the W Costa Navarino in Greece.

Set within a scenic 32-acre site along a sandy beach, the resort stretches along 1,500 feet of shoreline overlooking the protected and historic Bay of Navarino.

The resort is only open to adults and those aged over 12 years of age.

With architectural design led by Tombazis and Associates, W Costa Navarino takes inspiration from the region’s traditional architecture with cobbled paths, monolithic building and stone towers creating the feeling of a Greek coastal village.

All guestrooms, suites and villa interiors celebrate the heritage of Greek artisans with a palette of neutral tones which are occasionally met with pops of color.

Facilities at the resort include a beach club, an innovative choice of F&B outlets - including a playful spin on a traditional Greek food market, an infinity pool with views across the Ionian Sea and beyond, a spa, gym and even a 25-metre outdoor heated swimming pool.
