Banyan Tree has expanded its portfolio of brands
with Homm, one of five new brands within the groups growing
ecosystem.
The Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong, a 71-room
beachfront property in Phuket, Thailand is the brands first
location.
The hotel previously operated as the Bliss South
Beach Patong.
Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong
With the introduction of our Homm brand, we
strive to provide guests with true sense of home comforts that
act as a base camp for new experiences and adventures, while
simultaneously supporting the local community, said Chatchaya Jearranai (May), Hotel Manager of Homm Bliss
Southbeach Patong. Homm Bliss
Southbeach Patongs close proximity to Phukets culturally rich
attractions and coastal region provides global travelers with the
ability to fully engage with locals and foster sustainability and
stewardship practices through Banyan Tree Groups world-renowned
Stay for Good program, a blueprint for future Homm locations to
come.
Homm
Bliss Southbeach Patong is located on the southern end of Patong
Beach.
The newly refurbished guestrooms boast
contemporary beach-inspired accommodations bathed in natural
light, with 39 rooms featuring sea-facing private balconies and
terraces or ground-floor plunge pools.
The two outdoor
pools, choice of F&B outlets, beachfront access and close proximity to
a variety of local restaurants, bars and shops, make the property
an ideal for those looking to enjoy a beach holiday without having
to take a taxi to enjoy meals or drinks out.
As part of the groups Stay For Good
programme, each Homm property will help to support an endangered
species, which will be centrally displayed in the lobby areas via origami art.
At Homm Bliss Southbeach Patong, an origami creation
of the Black Billed Gull can be found upon entering the lobby to
raise awareness of the native bird generally found in nearby
rivers and coastal areas.
Waste-reduction initiatives and
educational programs for locals will also be established, helping
to promote
the holistic wellbeing of each Homm community.
