Two Executive Appointments at Rosewood Hotel Group

(11 Feb 2022)  Rosewood has appointed Ivan Suardi, formerly Group Vice President - F&B, as Executive Vice President - Global Product and Concept Development, and Keno Lung as Vice President - Global Employee Experience and Talent.

Prior to joining Rosewood in 2010, Ivan served as the Director of Food and Beverage Project – Asia Pacific for Hyatt Hotels Corporation. In his new position with Rosewood Hotel Group, Ivan will leverage his creativity in an expanded capacity to guide the group through as it continues to expand. Ivan will lead the innovation initiatives across new hotel and resort product openings in accommodation, events, food and beverage and well-being concepts, while supporting the Operations and Design and Project Services teams.

At Rosewood Hotel Group, Keno will focus on the creation of a group center of excellence in employee experience, talent acquisition, and talent development, working in partnership with Rosewood Hotel Group’s Vice President of Global Talent and Culture, Hotel Operations, and Corporate Business Partner, Deborah Kelly. Keno joins Rosewood from Louis Vuitton where he served as Head of Human Resources Hong Kong & Head of Talent Acquisition & Development, North Asia. His previous experience also includes roles at Apple and Lululemon within human resources.
