Dusit, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and
property development companies, has partnered with Duetto, a
provider of revenue strategy solutions for the hospitality
industry.
Dusit will implement Duetto’s cloud-based
Revenue Strategy Platform for 21 of its properties totaling 6,000
rooms in the Middle East & Asia Pacific, with more expected to be added in
the future.
“Demand patterns have never been more
unpredictable than they are today. Historical data is obsolete,”
said Mr Chatchai Pongprapat, Assistant Vice President - Revenue
Management, Dusit International. “As such, we need tools and
solutions that take a forward-looking demand approach to revenue.
Partnering with Duetto will help us to drive greater dynamism in
pricing, enabling increased commercial returns.”

Dusit owns and operates a growing number of brands, including the company’s flagship Dusit Thani, Dusit Devarana, dusitD2,
Dusit Princess and ASAI Hotels.

All 21 properties will now operate Duetto’s
GameChanger application, enabling the team to price unlimited
segments, channels, and room types in real-time.
The ScoreBoard
business intelligence tool will enable the Dusit’s revenue team to build forecasts and budgets in minutes, based on
real-time data sets, while the BlockBuster application for
contracted-business optimization will help the hotel company
prepare for the return of contract business.
