Accor has expanded its already considerable
portfolio of hotels in Australia, with the multi-million dollar
transformation of a property in Melbourne.
Located on Bell Street
in Preston, the Novotel Melbourne Preston, developed by GCP Hospitality,
features 383 guestrooms, suites and
fully self-contained studio apartments.
All rooms feature Smart TV, multiple USB hubs, a
work space, in-room safe and a minibar on demand.

Melbourne-based architecture and design studio,
Architectus, were engaged for the redesign which includes the guestrooms,
meeting and events spaces, reception and lobby area, as well as a brand-new café Stampton & Co
and all-day dining restaurant The Stampton, which is scheduled to
open in April 2022.
