Thai AirAsia X has launched flights between Bangkok-Suvarnabhumi
and Seoul, South Korea.
The airline will operate the BKK-ICN service
thrice weekly, departing Suvarnabhumi Airport every Monday,
Wednesday and Saturday.
Thai AirAsia X plans to increase
the frequency of flights on the route to daily in the near future,
subject to demand.
For its next route, Thai AirAsia X is scheduled to
launch
flights between Suvarnabhumi and Tokyo Narita (NRT), Japan from 1 July 2022.

To celebrate the launch of flights from
Suvarnabhumi, the airline is offering a special fare of just THB 3,290
per trip which can be booked up to 12 June 2022 for travel up to
25 March 2023.
“Everyone at Thai AirAsia X and our guests have
been eagerly anticipating the return of low-fare flights to South
Korea and Japan following the pandemic, and we are very pleased at
the response we have received from our customers. Pre-bookings for
June and July have already exceeded 90 percent, indicating
recovering tourist sentiment to South Korea and Japan, two most
popular destinations amongst Thais,” said Patima Jeerapaet, Chief
Executive of Thai AirAsia X.
Aside from being regularly disinfected,
all Thai AirAsia X's aircraft are fitted with HEPA filters that are able to remove
99.99 percent of viruses, bacteria and particulates from cabin air.
The airline also ensures
that all staff have been fully vaccinated and received their
booster shots.
