Jetstar Asia has resumed flights between
Singapore and Surabaya, Indonesia.
The airline will operate the route to Surabaya, a
key market for both business and leisure travel, with thrice
weekly return services.
Flight 3K247 is scheduled to depart from Changi
Airport (SIN) in Singapore at 11:10, arriving at Juanda
International Airport (SUB) in Surabaya at 12:30.
The return flight from Surabaya to Singapore,
3K248, is timed to leave at 13:20, arriving back in Singapore at
16:40.

PT Angkasa Pura I in Surabaya, “Juanda International Airport in
Surabaya has reopened as an international entry port into
Indonesia and we are pleased that Jetstar Asia is one of several
international airlines operating into the city again. We are pleased that travellers will once again be
able to enjoy the Surabaya-Singapore route.”
In addition to relaunching services to Surabaya,
Jetstar Asia
services to Denpasar and Jakarta will increase to five and 14
weekly services, respectively, pending regulatory approval.
Services to other key Southeast Asian destinations
such as Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia will also see an increase in
services, with customers able to choose from 21 services a week
from June.

reintroduction of visa-free travel for ASEAN travellers is
restoring consumer confidence and in turn, demand for air travel,”
said Jetstar Asia CEO, Bara Pasupathi.
“There is significant pent-up demand for services in and out of
Indonesia and we know our customers are eager to snap up our great
low fares. With major festivals like Hari Raya Puasa and Vesak
Day around the corner and the timely removal of the pre-departure
tests into Singapore, families and friends in the region have more
reasons to reunite and celebrate important occasions with loved
ones.”
