IHG Partners Hotelite to Open First voco Hotel in Germany

(27 Jan 2022)  IHG has expanded its rapidly growing voco hotels brand to Germany, in partnership with investor group, Hotelite Management.

Located in the Lörick district of the city, the voco Dusseldorf Seestern is within walking to distance to the banks of the Rhine river and a short drive from the airport as well as the city's main shopping and business districts.

All 160 rooms include signature voco touches, such as high-quality bedding made from 100% recycled materials and eco-friendly large size bathroom amenities from Antipodes, an award-winning plant-based organic skincare company.

Facilities at the hotel include an all-day restaurant cum bar, five meeting rooms, and a fitness area featuring sauna and steam rooms.

At the end of September 2021, there were 23 voco hotels open around the world, with a further 33 hotels in the pipeline. The brand was launched in 2018.
