Accor has appointed Shelley Perkins as Senior
Vice President of Talent and Culture.
With over two decades of
hospitality industry experience, Shelley joins Accor Pacific from
Rosewood, where she has worked for the past three years as Chief
Talent and Culture Officer, based in Hong Kong.

Before Rosewood, Shelley worked for Accor
in Paris as Global Senior Vice President - Talent Management, with a
focus on global talent acquisition and development for Fairmont,
Raffles and Swissôtel (FRHI).
Shelley also spent 18 years with
Ritz-Carlton working as Director of Human Resources and Vice
President International Human Resources, based in Doha, Sydney,
Washington DC and Hawaii.
From Ritz-Carlton, Shelley moved to Shangri-La
Hotels & Resorts for just over three years working as Chief Human Resources
Officer, before moving to France to join AccorHotels for the first
time.
Shelley holds a graduate
certificate in management from Central Queensland University and
is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
