Stephanie Pope has been appointed as President
and CEO of Boeing Global Services (BGS), succeeding Ted Colbert
who has been named as President and CEO of Boeing Defense, Space and
Security (BDS) after Leanne Caret announced her retirement
following almost 35 years with the company.

for her outstanding contributions to our industry, our customers,
our company and our employees over her extraordinary career at
Boeing," said Dave Calhoun, Boeing President and CEO.
BGS provides aerospace
services for commercial, government and aviation industry
customers worldwide, focused on global supply chain and parts
distribution, aircraft modifications and maintenance, digital
solutions, aftermarket engineering, analytics and training. BGS
had 2021 revenue of $16 billion.

Stephanie has been
serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Boeing
Commercial Airplanes since December 2020, responsible for the
financial management and strategic and long-range business
planning at the business unit
Before that, Stephanie was
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Boeing Global
Services, overseeing all BGS's financial activities since its foundation in 2017.
Stephanie also served as Vice
President of Finance and Controller for Boeing Defense, Space &
Security (BDS) responsible for the regulatory compliance
of the business unit, as well as ensuring the accuracy,
transparency and timeliness of its financial disclosures.
In her two decades at Boeing, Stephanie has held a number of leadership
positions at the corporate and program levels. She was Boeing’s
Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis leading business plan development, financial forecasting, financial
analysis and affordability and working capital initiatives.
Stephanie also served as Vice President of Investor Relations,
working to promote understanding of Boeing’s programs, financial
performance and outlook among institutional investors and
securities analysts.
She has also has held a number of leadership
positions within BDS, including Chief Financial Oofficer for
Integrated Logistics and Finance Director for the F/A-18 program
and Training Systems and Services. Stephanie also has held senior positions in Ethics & Business Conduct and with the AV-8/T-45 and
Naval Systems programs.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in
accounting from Southwest Missouri State University and an MBA
from Lindenwood University. Stephanie was an Eisenhower Fellow in
Brussels and Ireland in 2008.

aspects of BGS, Stephanie's deep understanding of the global
services portfolio since its inception and the needs of BGS
customers will help accelerate this meaningful business."
BDS provides technology, products and solutions for defense,
government, space, intelligence, and security customers worldwide.
The business unit had a revenue of $26 billion in 2021.
Ted joined Boeing in 2009 and has
been serving as president and CEO of BGS, where
he has been responsible for leading the company's aerospace
services development and delivery model for commercial, government
and aviation industry customers worldwide, focusing on global
supply chain and parts distribution, aircraft modifications and
maintenance, digital solutions, aftermarket engineering, analytics
and training.
Prior to that role, Ted served as Chief Information
Officer (CIO) and Senior Vice President of Information Technology
& Data Analytics. Ted completed the Dual Degree
Engineering Program at the Georgia Institute of Technology and
Morehouse College with degrees in Industrial and Systems
Engineering and Interdisciplinary Science.

excellent leadership team focused on delivering safe and
high-quality services for our defense and commercial customers.
His leadership track record and current experience supporting the
defense services portfolio ideally position Ted to lead BDS."
Stephanie and Ted's new assignments are effective
1 April 2022.
Until her retirement later this year, Leanne will serve as
Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor to the CEO, reporting
to Calhoun.
