Ascott Thonglor Bangkok to Open 15 July

(30 May 2022, 12:19 +07)  Ascott is set to expand its portfolio of serviced apartments in Thailand with the opening of the Ascott Thonglor Bangkok on 15 July 2022.

Located at the intersection of Sukhumvit Soi 59 and Sukhumvit Road, Ascott Thonglor is near the city's expressway and a 5-minute walk from the Thong Lo BTS Skytrain station.

Ascott Thonglor will offer 451 serviced apartments and hotel rooms with studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom configurations to choose from.

On-site facilities include a swimming pool, gymnasium, lounge, children's playroom, gardens, a variety of meeting facilities, a restaurant and room service.

Ascott Thonglor Bangkok is the third of five serviced apartment properties that Ascott will operate with its strategic partners, Ananda Development and Mitsui Fudosan Asia. The projects, with a combined value of THB 12 billion, will house 1,809 units between Bangkok and Pattaya.

Ascott is one of Thailand's largest international lodging owners and operators, with over 5,000 units spread across 25 properties in Bangkok,  Pattaya, Sri Racha, and Rayong, including projects in the development pipeline.
