Rosewood Signs Residential Project in Phuket, Thailand

(31 Jan 2022)  Rosewood has signed a residential project in Kamala on the island of Phuket, Thailand.

Scheduled to open in 2024, with sales reservations to commence this year, the Rosewood Residences Kamala’s 14 stand-alone luxury villas will be developed by one of Thailand’s leading luxury property developers, Raimon Land.

Set in a gated community for the utmost exclusivity, each of the villas will include 4-6 bedrooms, indoor and outdoor space, private pools, and views of the Adaman Sea.

Facilities on-site will include a restaurant and bar, private resident’s area and tennis court.
