Max Binda Moves to France as CEO of Les Bordes Estate

(04 Feb 2022)  Les Bordes Estate, a luxury golf resort neighbouring the historic village of Beaugency in the Loire Valley approximately 90 minutes south of Paris, has appointed Massimiliano ‘Max’ Binda as Chief Executive Officer.

With over 30 years of experience, Max has a proven international hospitality track record overseeing a diverse portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and private residences.

He joins Les Bordes Estate from his most recent role as General Manager of Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance, managing the company’s operations, sales, and marketing strategy for the entire hospitality portfolio in Qatar.

Max started his career with Mandarin Oriental and spent 18 years at their Hong Kong, London, Munich, Geneva, Marrakech and Shanghai properties. He has completed multiple hotel openings, having been involved in the conceptualization, development, and execution of each.

Max also spent time at the storied Hotel Legend Metropole in Hanoi and worked as GM of The Connaught in London.
