Thai Airways has resumed flights to Denpasar, Bali
and launched a new chatbot service.
The airline will operate the route with four
flights per week on Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays up
to 17 June 2022.
The route will become a daily service from 18 June
2022.
Flight TG431 is scheduled to depart from Bangkok
(BKK) at 09:35 and
arrive in Denpasar (DPS) at 14:55.
The return leg, TG432, is slated to depart from Denpasar at 16:55 hours,
arriving in Bangkok at 20:05.

The airline says that it has received "high response"
for the Bali service from
passengers departing from Bangkok as well as from travellers connecting
via flights from
Europe and around Asia.
Mai the Chatbot
The airline has also expanded its customer
service operations with a chatbot auto-response system on its
website and other social media platforms including Line and
Facebook Messenger.
Named Mai - an abbreviation of Management,
Assistant and Information - the chatbot is designed to offer basic
information and services about reservations, flight status,
mileage, promotions, travel information during the COVID19
pandemic, luggage and complaints.
The chatbot is available 24/7 in Thai and English.
