Hang Lung Properties has chosen Hilton to manage
its new boutique hotel located within the second phase development
of Center 66, Wuxi.
The hotel, scheduled to open in H2 2024, will join
the Curio Collection by Hilton brand.

service and curated interior design of the hotel will attain

compelling spaces that enrich lives.”

Located in the prime business district of downtown
Wuxi, the Center 66 development was designed as a two-phase
project with the first phase, comprising of a shopping mall and an
office tower complex, opening in September 2013.
The second phase, located to the south of the
current complex, will feature a luxury shopping mall, Grade-A
office towers, a hotel and serviced residences.
The hotel will comprise a seven-storey main
building and an adjacent three-storey heritage building, providing
a total of 106 guest rooms, a lobby lounge, two restaurants,
meetings and event spaces, an indoor pool and a fitness centre.
The hotel is being designed to LEED Gold
Pre-Certification and White Jacket, Singapore has been chosen to
design the interiors.
