Pan Pacific Hotels Group, a member of
Singapore-listed UOL, has appointed Margaret Paul as Vice
President of Pre-Opening and Operations for Oceania.
Starting 1 October 2022, Margaret will steer Pan
Pacific’s global launches as the Vice President of Pre-Opening,
overseeing a growing pipeline of hotels, resorts and serviced
suites.

In her role as Vice President of Operations for
Oceania, Margaret will also oversee six properties currently operating
in Australia.
Prior to this new role, Margaret worked as General
Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore, a position she has held since
joining the company in January 2021.
Margaret's career in the hospitality industry
started in Edinburgh, Scotland when in 1992 she joined Le Meridien
working her way up through the ranks and at different hotels in
numerous countries before becoming Food & Beverage Director and
Director of Operations.
After 10 years with Le Meridien, Margaret's career
continued with
Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts where she held various leadership positions
over the 16 years she spent with that company,
including at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London, the world-famous
and iconic Burj Al Arab, and the Madinat Jumeirah.
Margaret also spent almost two years working as Managing Director of
the
Emerald Palace Kempinski, Dubai and Kempinski Hotel Residences Palm,
Jumeirah.
Margaret will report directly to Choe Peng Sum,
Chief Executive Officer, Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
