IHG Signs Two Vignette Collection Hotels with Aqarat

Dark/Light Mode (02/08/23)  IHG has signed franchise agreements with subsidiaries of Aqarat, a global hotel owner, for two new Vignette Collection hotels which will be managed by United Hospitality Management (UHM).

The 162-room Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort, Vignette Collection in UAE is now open, while the 194-room Vignette Collection Kuwait City is expected to open later this year.

Th8 Palm Dubai Vignette Collection

The Th8 Palm Dubai Beach Resort is located on the Western Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah offering guests views of the Palm Jumeirah and Dubai's iconic skyline. Facilities include 162 rooms, suites and 1 to 4-bedroom apartments, two infinit-edgey pools, a gym, basketball court, kid’s play area, a variety of F&B outlets as well as a beach club.

Due to open later this year, Vignette Collection Kuwait City is located in the Al Bida, Salwa neighbourhood, overlooking waterfront views and within walking distance of the vibrant Arabella complex. With its prime seafront location and convenient access to the Central Business District, the hotel is well positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers.

Since its launch in December 2021, Vignette Collection has grown to include six distinct properties in Australia, Thailand, Portugal and Washington DC and with a prosperous pipeline of 15 properties to date the brand sees a forecast growth of more than 100 properties to follow around the globe in the next 10 years.
