Thai AirAsia Launches Promotion That Rewards
International Travel

Thai AirAsia has launched a promotion that
rewards travellers for flying with the carrier to international
destinations.
Travellers receive stamps in an exclusive AirAsia
Passport that can be redeemed for rewards of up to 200,000 airasia
points.
The first 2,000 complimentary AirAsia Passports
are now up for grabs at Don Mueang (DMK), Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and
Chiang Mai (CNX) airports with more available for purchase at THB
99 only on all AirAsia Thailand (FD) and Thai AirAsia X (XJ)
international flights.
“AirAsia is now operating over 40
international routes spanning ASEAN, South Asia, China and even to
distant destinations in South Korea, Japan and Australia,” said Tansita Akrarittipirom,
AirAsia Thailand Head of Commercial.
“We have introduced the AirAsia Passport to
enable avid travelers to be rewarded by collecting stamps
from their journeys to different cities and countries and use
those stamps to redeem a variety of rewards. Travel presents to us
different perspectives and new experiences by allowing us to
engage with the fantastic cultures of different places and
communities. AirAsia has drawn up eight exciting missions for
travelers over the next year period to inspire them to travel and
experience different cultures as much as they can.”
The 8 AirAsia Air-Venture missions include:
Mission 1 Dream Sea: Fly to all 3 cities
of Maldives, Bali and Nha Trang to receive 30,000 airasia points.
Mission 2 World Heritage Cities: Fly to all 5
cities of Da Nang, Siem Reap, Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Manila and
Penang to receive 100,000 airasia points.
Mission 3
Fairytale Lands: Fly to all 5 cities of Hong Kong,
Singapore, Johor Bahru, Nha Trang and Da Nang to receive 50,000
airasia points.
Mission 4 Regal Kingdoms: Fly to all
6 cities of Jaipur, Lucknow, Gaya, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Chennai
to receive 200,000 airasia points.
Mission 5 Foodies: Fly to all 6 cities of Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau,
Penang and Ho Chi Minh to receive 60,000 airasia points.
Mission 6 Faith and Fortune: Fly to all 5 cities of Taipei,
Phnom Penh, Hong Kong, Mandalay and Yangon to receive 60,000 airasia points.
Mission 7 Lands of the Dragon:
Fly to all 6 cities of Shanghai, Changsha, Xi’an, Chongqing and
Shenzhen to receive 150,000 airasia points.
Mission 8 Top
Shelf Fun: Fly to all 5 cities of Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul,
Hokkaido and Kyoto to receive a return ticket for
Suvarnabhumi-Australia.
Travellers can take part by being among the first
2,000 people to receive a complimetary AirAsia Passport at Don Mueang,
Suvarnabhumi or Chiang Mai airports before 30 September
2023, or by purchasing a passport for THB 99 only on any international
Thai AirAsia (FD) or Thai AirAsia X (XJ) flight. AirAsia has said
that there is limited stock
of the passports available and that they are on a first come, first served basis. Rewards can be redeemed
up to
30 April 2024.
Missions outlined above apply to flights departing from
Thailand only. Stamps received at check-in counters upon return to Thailand, SUPER+, sponsored tickets and employee tickets are not
eligible for participation in this activity.
