Ascott has expanded its already considerably
portfolio of properties in Singapore with the opening of Citadines
Science Park, the group’s eighth Citadines property in the
country.
Designed by Serie + Multiply Architects and Ascott’s in-house
interior design team, the Citadines Science Park Singapore is
located within the Geneo complex and offers 250
rooms - including studios, lofts, and one-bedroom apartments - spanning
floors 10 to 15.
The
property is surrounded by five cutting edge sustainable buildings
housing knowledge-based industries, and 3,600 sqm of F&B and retail
outlets, whilst two verdant central gardens and water bodies create
an ecological connection to nearby Kent Ridge Park.
For those seeking further exploration, Star Vista
and Holland Village are close by and the Kent Ridge MRT station is
just a
5-minute walk away.
“The launch of
Citadines Science Park Singapore is a testament to Ascott's
commitment to providing unique accommodation and tailored brand
experiences that cater to the evolving needs of our valued guests,”
said Wong Kar Ling, Chief Strategy Officer, Ascott and Managing
Director, Southeast Asia Ascott.
“With its location in the heart of Singapore's vibrant life
sciences and innovation hub, Citadines Science Park Singapore
offers a unique blend of comfort, convenience, and connectivity to
our guests. As we continue to expand our portfolio of
accommodation that can cater to both short and extended stays, we

castors that allows guests to choose exactly where in the room
they would like to dine, read or work.
Energy-saving smart occupancy sensors have been
installed in every guest room as part of energy conservation
initiatives and the Citadines Science Park Singapore
has also achieved the BCA Green Mark Platinum SLE certification,
highlighting its and the group's commitment to sustainability.
In support of the sustainable transport vision in
the Singapore Green Plan 2030, there are several low carbon
mobility options that include 466 bicycle lots complemented with
end-of-trip shower and locker facilities as well as 14 electric
vehicle charging lots with options for alternating current and
direct current chargers.
