Standard to Open Residences in Hua Hin and
Phuket, Thailand; Video Interview with Amar Lalvani

Amar Lalvani, Executive Chairman of Standard
International, flew from New York to Thailand via Dubai this week
to attend a press conference and wine and dine VIPs ahead of the
launch of the group's first residences in the Kingdom.
Located in Hua Hin and Bang Tao, Phuket, the two
Standard Residences are scheduled to open in 2026 with sales
expected to commence in the coming weeks.
Working in partnership with Sansiri, The Standard
Residences Hua Hin will be located adjacent to the Loligo Let's
Sea Resort on Khao Takiab Beach, approximately 4.5 kms away from
The Standard Resort Hua Hin and 4.8 kms from the Centara Grand
Resort and Villas in the heart of the popular seaside town.
Consisting of 245 units spread across 12
buildings, potential owners will have the choice of one bedroom
residences ranging from 40 - 52 sqm in size, 2-bedroom apartments
from 77 - 115 sqm, 3-bedroom apartments from 107 - 153 sqm, and
just two pool villas measuring 220 sqm each.
Facilities will include a pickleball court, gym,
wellness area, swimming pool, pet park and more.
Prices for The Standard Residences Hua Hin will
start from slightly under 9 million Baht for the smallest unit,
increasing to over 100 million Baht for one of the two pool
villas. Management / maintenance fees will be 70 Baht per sqm.
The Standard Residences Phuket Bang Tao, in
partnership with another of Thailand's leading property developers
- CG Capital, will be located adjacent to The Peri Hotel, which is
also part of Standard's rapidly expanding portfolio of hotel
brands.
Located just 25 minutes from the airport (HKT) and
sitting on 12 rai of land, the 188 residences will be spread over
6 buildings of 7 floors each. Choices will range from one bedroom
units measuring 75 sqm, 2-bedroom apartments from 100 to 120 sqm,
3-bedroom units of between 167 and 172 sqm, and duplexes from 301
to 313 sqm in size.
Facilities will include a lobby cum co-working
space, a games zone, fitness centre, 25-metre swimming pool,
24-hour concierge, children's pool and shuttle bus services to the
nearby beach and other popular destinations in the neighbourhood.
Prices for The Standard Residences Phuket Bang Tao
start from 11 million Baht for the smallest units, with management
/ maintenance fees set at 80 Baht per sqm.
